450 Tempe Room Utilities/Internet/Parking Included in Phoenix, AZ

This is for females only(because I am also female). I'm offering an unfurnished room for $480 utilities/internet included. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath so we will share a bathroom. It has parking, security cameras everywhere, and laundry/landlords on . No deposit. The nice thing about it is that it's a very nice cheap place and the landlords actually care about you and are there if you need them. :D There are no hidden fees, it's straight up just $480 the month you move in and every month after that. The landlords just check your ID to see if you're a felon then you're good to go! (You don't have to do that before you move in, you can do it right after.) I am a quiet, friendly, 20-year-old girl looking for a similar roommate. I like video games, anime, baking, cooking, singing and crafting. I am a straight edge, I don't do drugs or hold wild parties. I'm hoping to find someone that wants to stay a while and be like friends/roommates, because it's just a lot better that way! I have two cats and it's totally fine if you have a pet. The only thing is the apartments do not allow dogs, but they allow everything else with no pet rent or deposit. If you have cats, we'll just get mine and yours to like each other. Also, my boyfriend will be moving in soon but it will not effect anything. I will be sharing my room with him but we will both be quiet and respectful, and the month he moves in your rent will officially lower to $450 every month. I need a roommate on the 2nd of October/possibly the 1st. Rent is due the 1st of every month and my previous roommate will be out be then.
