The position is accountable for office management and administrative tasks including project management, scheduling, invoicing, and database and document management. The person in this position must have a high degree of ethics, professionalism, polish and discretion. The position manages simultaneous assignments on aggressive deadlines, works across multiple cultures, deals regularly with sensitive and confidential details and has contact with a variety of executives and senior managers. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication and management skills, consistently exhibit sound judgment and have sound and well-developed computer skills.
