Social Media Account Coordinator Position in Phoenix, AZ

Job FunctionTo work in conjunction with the social media account team and assist in various administrative duties, conduct research and analysis, create strategy documents, assist with marketing plans, develop reporting dashboards, write content calendars, and manage online communities.RequirementsQualifications include Bachelor?s degree with emphasis in marketing, PR, journalism, advertising, communications or a related field; 1-2 years of professional, full-time experience at an agency or a client-side marketing department is required; at least one year in a role solely focused on social media or included a larger portion of social media responsibilities; strong writing and editing skills; strong understanding of branding and brand strategy; some understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing and digital strategy. Great attitude and a desire to constantly learn and challenge yourself.Responsibilities-Online community management for select clients-Well-researched social media reviews and POVs-Attend strategy sessions and client status meetings-Assist with or take the lead in facilitating workshops, strategy sessions, training sessions or discussions with clients-Provide reporting and analysis of results, including both strategic and tactical recommendations-Contribute to the agency?s social media presence-Stay current on social media and interactive marketing trends and be able to speak on the subject when necessary-Assist in developing social media plans for clients-Work closely with all other areas of the agency to help integrate social media strategy at all levels-Assist with agency communications, including blogging, creating how-to documents, social media management as well as assisting with the creation of white papers and webinarsApplyWe offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, 401K and a fun, casual work environment.
