The exterior is still in good shape. The roof was recently repainted with the RV roof paint from camping world. In the pictures there are one place that need small patch, the patch kit is inside the RV . The interior is still in nice shape other than regular use. The cabinets are all there, table, frig, dual sink, micro, stove, overhead AC roof unit. The sofa comes down to make a bed, the dining area come together for a bed, there is a bed over the front drivers area that sleeps two with a ladder to access sleeping area. The TV is old and should just be updated to a newer set. The bathroom area has a sink , toilet and stand up shower. The RV has a lot of storage inside and outside the RV.Mileage:48,600
