2003. Winnebago Rialta 22 HD in Phoenix, AZ

ooks, manuals, case, etc- and maintenence records for at least the last few years. The generator runs great, has only 193 hours on it, and will run the AC, appliances, etc. AZ coach, so no rust issues, moldy smells, etc- and NON-SMOKER owned, no pets. Just had major service at "Vorderman Volkswagen" and "Larry H. Miller VW". Owner is an older man who used this coach to see the country over the last few years- so the miles are mostly highway- but he stayed in hotels, didn't use the kitchen, shower, oven, etc. He is very particular- and wanted everything to be in excellent working order, so if it needed anything, it was done- period. Even if it didn't need it- and he thought it might at some point- it was done! You have to see his records to beleive it. Most recent service includes: New ECM and service [removed phone], New AC compressor, refrigerator repair, new chassis battery and alternator, new coach batteries in April 2013, skylight had a small crack in the corner- so he replaced it instead of re-caulking it. Recent brakes and tires and alignment at 72-73k miles [removed phone]. Hardwood flooring installed in the coach area, not cheap laminate- the good stuff
