There is a spacious walk through bathroom in the front with a large shower. Numerous cabinets and drawers provide storage for clothing, towels, beach gear, etc.The wear and tear is what you would expect from normal family use and regular annual maintenance. Options and equipment include: ducted roof air conditioning, ducted heat (both furnace and AC are thermostat controlled), ceiling fan, refrigerator (runs on either gas or electric), microwave oven, conventional gas oven, three burner gas range, am/fm stereo, surround sound speakers, awning, winterizing kit, outside shower, propane grill, aluminum wheels, and a bumper mounted bike rack.
